You represent and warrant that you are accessing the Services from within Philippine territory. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify yyyyph immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. yyyyph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

yyyyph supports various deposit methods for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Cryptocurrency withdrawals process after network confirmations, typically 10-15 minutes for USDT TRC20.

Before processing your first withdrawal, yyyyph requires completion of identity verification procedures including submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address. This is mandatory under anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

4.2 Game Integrity

• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be closed)

Upon account termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to yyyyph, provided the balance was obtained legitimately and no Terms violations occurred. Bonus funds and unredeemed promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the yyyyph Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
